Join us for our premier race of the Fall Meet, the Clark Handicap presented by Norton Healthcare. 

One of the oldest races in the United States, the Clark Handicap has been run every year without interruption since 1875, the year the track was opened. The race is named in honor of Colonel M. Lewis Clark, founder of the Louisville Jockey Club which built Churchill Downs.

We’re teaming up with Operation Homefront for a day of exciting racing that honors our nation’s military families. All active-duty military members receive free admission for themselves and up to four guests (military ID required). Additionally, special VIP seating will be provided for service members and their guests.

Join us for our Stars of Tomorrow II racing program on closing day of the 2009 Fall Meet.

All races carded are exclusively for two-year-old runners, which means big fields and great betting opportunities all day long!
