Races 1-5 must arrive four hours prior to the first race post time. Races 6-last must arrive four hours prior to the sixth race post time.
The following requirements are mandatory for ALL horses shipping to Churchill Downs. All horses coming onto grounds must have received an equine herpes vaccine no less than 14 days and no more than 120 prior to coming onto the grounds. All horses coming onto the grounds must have a health certificate signed by a veterinarian no more than 72 hours prior to their arrival.
