Trophy Presentation - $225.00 Weekday or $275.00 Weekend (prices are additional Derby week and Premium weekends). Step into the Winner's Circle at Churchill Downs! A race will be named in your group's honor and up to eight of your guests will be escorted to the Paddock area for the saddling prior to your race. After viewing the race from a reserved trackside location, they will step into the Winner's Circle and present a trophy engraved with your group's name to the winning owner or jockey. Upgrade your trophy presentation experience to a "Champagne Trophy Presentation" to include a champagne toast in the exclusive Director's Room for $350.00 - a unique and one-of-a-kind experience!
Trophy Presentation includes:
- Group's personalized race name listed in the program
- Up to 8 guests escorted to the Paddock to watch the saddling for group's race
- Special trackside location to view the race
- Announcement of the race name by the track announcer over the public address system
- Announcement of the name of the group's chosen presenter over the public address system
- Engraved trophy to be presented to the winning jockey, owner or trainer
- 8" x 10" color photograph taken in the Winner's Circle of the group to keep as a memento
Group Photograph
Groups will remember and incredible race day with a signature group photograph, taken in the Winner's Circle. Groups will be escorted to the Winner's Circle for a memorable photograph to capture the day. $150.00

Backstrech Tours
Discover the magic of Thoroughbred racing when your group spends an enchanting morning at the "World's Most Legendary Racetrack." Backstretch Tours are offered through the Kentucky Derby Museum .
There's no experience quite like a morning on the backstretch at Churchill Downs. Your guests will savor the exclusive atmosphere of a morning at the track and also enjoy breakfast in the trackside kitchen.
Tour Options
- Southern Breakfast Tour
Includes a home-style buffet breakfast in the trackside kitchen, a short walking tour of the barn area, and an exclusive backstretch gift for each guest.
- Deluxe Tram Tour
Add a tram ride to either breakfast tour and go deeper into the exclusive barn areas of the backstretch. Churchill Downs will make a $50 donation given in your group's name to a backstretch charitable organization.
- Daily Double
Following your breakfast tour, visit the Kentucky Derby Museum, which is located at Churchill Downs' Gate One. Your group will learn all about the world of the Thoroughbred in this newly renovated museum. Explore two floors of race related exhibits, watch an award winning high-definition video featuring the activities leading up to the Kentucky Derby, tour the frontside of Churchill Downs, and browse a unique equine related gift shop.
- Minimum group size is 15. Tours daily at 6:45 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Limited availability on Saturday and Sunday.

Special Celebrations
- Guests visiting any of the Group Sales venues may add a special touch to any birthday, anniversary, or special occasion with a delicious cake. We'll supply everything needed to help you celebrate that special day with a tasty treat.
- Choose from the following delicious cakes and celebrate with ease. Price includes a serving utensil, plastic plates, and forks, napkins, and sales tax. The use of candles is not permitted. Does not include wait service.
- For a unique and memorable celebration, please submit a logo or photograph to your event manager to add to the cake.
Cakes include choice of flavor and frosting. Round cakes also include choice of delicious fillings.
- Flavor choices include: Yellow, White, Chocolate, Marble, and Lemon
- Frosting choices include: Butter Cream, Whipped Cream, and Cream Cheese
- Filling (for round cakes only): Lemon, Raspberry, Apricot, Cherry, and Butter Cream
