Oaks and Derby Day Corporate Hospitality is still available for 2008. Individual ticket pricing from $1,776 per person including admission for both Oaks and Derby, access to a private Marquee Chalet, full catering and full bar for both dates.
Special group plans are available for groups of 16 or more (12 for Jockey Club Suites or Reserved Box Seating, and 50 for Marquee Village (Derby Week Only)). Indoor seating is available in the Jockey Club Suites, the Finish Line Suite, Millionaires Row 4, and Millionaires Row 6. The Stakes Room, The Trophy Room, The Derby Room, The Oaks Room, and the Triple Crown Room are all available for private function rooms year round, minimum group size of 50.

Tickets will be mailed when 100% of payment is received. Tickets are not mailed until 30 days before the group's race date.
Groups are encouraged to park, at no charge, in the Longfield Lot at Gate 12.
Motorcoaches should park in the Longfield Lot at Gate 12.
Motorcoaches should drop off and pick-up at Gate 17 by entering off 9th Street.
All groups may enter Churchill Downs through Gate 10, located off the Longfield Parking Lot or Gate 17, off Central Avenue. Guests to the Jockey Club Suites, Derby Room, Oaks Room, or Triple Crown Room my enter Gate 1, located next to the Kentucky Derby Museum, off Central Avenue.
Management reserves the right to escort any group or individual from the Group Sales areas for inappropriate, abusive, or otherwise disruptive behavior by any member or members of a group. Refunds will not be made for conduct violations.
Guests visiting the Group Sales areas at Churchill Downs are expected to dress as they would when visiting a nice Louisville restaurant. The dress code for Jockey Club Suite, Finish Line Suite, Derby Room, Oak Room, Triple Crown Room, and/or Trophy Room patrons is Business Casual, no patrons will be admitted with jeans or sneakers. Please be sure to inform each member of your group about the dress code and the conduct code prior to their day at the races. Refunds will not be made for dress code or conduct code violations.
A member of the Guest Services team is always available to help guests find their way around the track, answer questions, and give helpful information. There is a Guest Services Desk located inside Gate 10 and the main Guest Services Center is located on the ground floor of the Clubhouse near the Paddock.
