TRIPLE CROWN ROOM, LOCATED IN THE JOCKEY CLUB SUITES INFORMATION
- Guest for The Triple Crown may enter through Gate 1, 10 or 17. Gate 1 is most centrally located to the Jockey Club Suites.
- The Concierge Desk is located on the 4th floor of the Jockey Club Suites where our Guest Service Representatives will be able to answer any questions for your group.
- $5.00 valet parking is available at Gate 10 (off Longfield Avenue). Complimentary parking is also available at Gate 10. A limited amount of $3.00 paid parking is available in lots 8, 9, & 10 off Central Avenue.
- Race programs can be picked up from the concierge desk as you enter on the 4th floor.
- The group contact person should inform all Event attendees of the applicable dress code. The dress code for the Triple Crown Room and Jockey Club Suites is Business Casual. Jackets, blazers, vests, shirts with collars, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits, and slacks are appropriate. Jeans, shorts, sneakers, and denim are considered inappropriate attire.
- The group contact should advise all attendees that guests not in compliance with the dress code will not be admitted to the function space. Churchill Downs will not issue any refunds for guests who are refused admittance for failure to comply with the dress code.
- If you have not already purchased a Trophy Presentation, please call Group Sales to award your group a visit to the Winner's Circle, paddock tour, presentation of a trophy to the winning jockey, and a souvenir photograph! You can upgrade to the Champagne Toast Trophy Presentation, including champagne served to your guests in the exclusive Directors room. If you have purchased a Trophy Presentation, a Guest Services Representative will meet you at your Suite approximately 30 minutes prior to your sponsored race post time.
- If you are celebrating a special occasion, we would be happy to arrange for a special occasion cake to be delivered to your group. (Groups are not permitted to bring in cakes, cookies or beverages of their own).
- Balloons, candles, confetti, glitter, and banners are not permitted on Churchill Downs' property.
- Please note for the Twin Spires giveaway days, only Twin Spires Club members will receive the giveaways. To learn more about the Twin Spires reward program, please visit www.twinspiresclub.com or contact Group Sales. All Twin Spires Club members will be eligible for Churchill Downs Jackets and other logoed merchandise through daily "Every Ticket is a Winner" drawings in the Jockey Club Suites! Please see your floor captain for details when you arrive.
- The tickets will be mailed at least two weeks prior to your event. Your event must be paid in full in order for tickets to be generated. If you would like to make other arrangements, please call the Group Sales office at 636-4450 or e-mail us at groupsales@kyderby.com.
- Please check and count your tickets when you receive them. Churchill Downs is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
