Will Call

Will Call is located at the admission entrances Gate 10 (located off the Longfield complimentary parking lot), Gate 17 and the Box Office Gate 1. Please note, there is NO WILL CALL on Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby days.

Box Office

The Box Office is conveniently located at Gate 1, directly across from the Kentucky Derby Museum, located directly off Central Avenue. The Box office is available to purchase tickets for day of tickets and advance race dates. Box office will also serve as a will call during live race dates. The Box Office is open Wednesday - Sunday, 11 am to 2 pm. Night Racing Saturdays the hours are 12 noon to 9 pm.

How to Cash Your Tickets

Patrons may cash their tickets beginning 30 minutes prior to the first race or mutuel tickets can be sent by certified or registered mail to:

Please keep a copy of the ticket for your records and allow 60 days for a response.

Lost and Found

If you are looking for a lost item, or wish to turn in a found item, Lost and Found is located on the second floor of the Clubhouse in the Security Office.
