Will Call

Will Call is located at admission entrances Gate 10 (located off the Longfield complimentary parking lot) and Gate 17 and also at the Gate 1 Box Office. Please note, during the Fall Meet there is NO WILL CALL on Mondays. 

In addition, there is NO WILL CALL on Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby days.

Box Office

The Box Office is conveniently located at Gate 1, directly across from the entrance to the Kentucky Derby Museum at 700 Central Avenue. Based on availability, tickets for the day you are visiting Churchill Downs and advance race dates may be purchased at the Box Office. Will Call can be picked up at the Box Office on live race dates. The Box Office is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 am until 2 pm. The Box Office is open from 12:00 noon until 9:00 pm on Downs After Dark dates.

How to Cash Your Tickets

Patrons may cash their tickets beginning 30 minutes prior to the first race or mutuel tickets can be sent by certified or registered mail to:

Please keep a copy of the ticket for your records and allow 60 days for a response.

Lost and Found

If you are looking for a lost item, or wish to turn in a found item, Lost and Found is located on the second floor of the Clubhouse in the Security Office.
