Horsement's Services Center

The Horsemen’s Services Center offers a full range of business and hospitality amenities that include a computer workstation with Internet access; fax and copy services; television monitors for the viewing of races; a monitor dedicated to race replays; overnights and other racing information; self-serve mutuel machines; and refreshments. Our Horsemen’s Concierge, Vicki Tomlinson, will be on duty starting at 8:30 a.m. each race day to assist horsemen with their needs. She can be reached directly at (502) 636-4830.

Reserved Box Seats

A limited amount of boxes are available every race day so you can cheer on your horse! (Not available during Oaks & Derby or Breeders’ Cup). Preference given to those horsemen and owners with horses entered on the day. Please contact our Horsemen’s Concierge, Vicki Tomlinson (502) 636-4830.

Will-Call Tickets and Racing Programs

Tickets, including box seats and Stakes Room tickets can be picked up at any will call window at any gate. Horsemen’s programs can be picked up in the Horsemen’s Services Center.

Dining Options at Churchill Downs

All Dining Options for Owners and Trainers is available by calling Vicki Tomlinson at (502) 636-4830 or visit the Horsemen’s Lounge behind the paddock. Every effort is made to accommodate horsemen with entries on the day – please call when the overnight comes out to request a reservation for you and your party. Other requests will be filled on first-come, first-served, based on availability.

Jockey Club Suites

Tickets into a Jockey Club Suite are available free of charge to Churchill Downs Horsemen during the Spring and Fall Meets (not available during Oaks & Derby, Night Racing, Breeders Cup or Thanksgiving). Rental for the suite is complimentary plus there is a 40% discount available for food and beverage offerings that can be ordered off the menu on race day.

Matt Winn Dining Room

Several tables are on hold every race day to accommodate Churchill Downs Horsement during the Spring and Fall Meets (not available during Oaks & Derby, Night Racing or Breeders Cup). Tickets are available free of charge. You and your guests may order off the menu (a minimum spend of $15 per person is required).
