  • Race 1 1A – 3- 6

Perfect Joiski (1A) may have been slightly overmatched last time out at Keeneland, but returns a more suitable distance today. Hampton Bays Sun (3) may not have liked the sloppy track last time out and takes a slight drop in class. Mississippi Money (6) won his last start for new connections and should get a clean trip from the outside.

  • Race 5 4-9-3

Depeche Chat (4) has not missed the board in three lifetime starts and will race at the perfect distance for him today. The Man Uptown (9) should relish the switch back to traditional dirt. Fusa Code (3) was the winner of the Borderland Derby this spring and will get a perfect stalking trip.

  • Race 6 5-2-8-3

Chamberlain Bridge (5) is the ultimate horse for the course having won four races and one second in his five starts under the Twin Spires. Regally Ready (2) was a runaway winner in his only start on the Matt Winn turf course. Bridgetown (8) finished just two lengths behind the top choice in the Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint and will look to turn the table today. Custom for Carlos (3) has run consistently well against top sprinters and could be a factor if he likes the turf course.

  • Race 7 7-4-1-3

Hilda’s Passion (7) was a big winner in a graded stakes at Gulfstream and could take this field wire-to-wire. Amen Hallelujah (4) just missed last time after suffering traffic trouble and could be a strong contender to the top choice with a better trip. Sassy Image (1) has won three of four starts over the Churchill surface. Evening Jewel (3) ran a game third in the Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Sprint at Churchill Downs and could get a good stalking trip here.

  • Race 8 7-8-11-1

The Churchill Distaff Turf Mile (GII) Fantasia (7) makes her second start off a long layoff and should be ready for her best effort today. Aviate (8) is making her second start in the U.S. and will be a top contender if the turf comes up soft. Never Retreat (11) has run consistently well against top competition and will be sitting just off a potentially quick pace. Candyman Can (6) has won his two most recent starts in impressive fashion and has won all five of his starts at the distance. Here Comes Ben (12) has not raced since the Breeders’ Cup, but has a great work tab leading up to today’s race. Mythical Power (5) finished just behind the top choice last time out and is a threat to turn the tables today.

  • Race 10 6-4-12-9

Smart Bid (6) was the winner of the Mervin Muniz (GII) at the Fair Grounds and is in top form entering today’s races. Moryba (4) finished a head behind the top pick and races for top connections. Court Vision (12) is always right there at the wire and will challenge the top pick if he has some racing luck. Al Khali (9) was beaten a nose last time out at Keeneland but will have a more favorable pace scenario today.

Midnight Interlude (15) has worked well over the Churchill Downs surface for three time Kentucky Derby winning trainer Bob Baffert. Nehro (19) has improved with every start, but will have to overcome his post. Uncle Mo (18) will look to avenge his previous defeat on the track that he captured the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile.

  • Race 12 9-4-7

Streakin’ Mohican (9) has been very consistent of late and will be on the lead early. De Price (4) will look to get a stalking trip just behind the top choice. Lou Brissie (7) will improve in her second start off a lengthy layoff.

  • Race 13 3-1-5

Shrill (3) broke slowly in his debut and should love the added distance today. Gentle Tap (1) enters off a good debut but will have to overcome the inside post. Totemtale (5) hopped at start and closed to finish second in a very quickly run maiden race.
