Race 3 – Separation (3) has been close and showed a good effort in her first try on the turf. Ready Express (5) has excellent speed and the pedigree to move forward on the grass today
Race 4 –Southern Nights (4) drops sharply in class for a sharp team and should be in a good stalking spot with these. Kendall M.D. (2) looks set for a big effort in his third try and move down the claiming ranks. Battle Strike (8) returns from a long layoff for a new stable and adds blinkers on the class drop.
Race 5- Take Interest (3) has been in good form versus better and now is risked for a low claiming price but looks best of these. Brooks Beach (5) takes blinkers off which may enable her to relax her speed and finish better. Sunrise Ridge (1) is better suited to the main track today and looks to be the quickest here.
Race 6 – Lucky Pursuit (5) looks well placed ofr his debut and has been working well . Cruise Director (3) has shown little to date but now drops to the bottom maiden level for a sharp stable. Song Ahead (8) exits a key race and may have needed that effort off the break.

Shalangar (10) is unknown on the main track but looks to be training well and may be sharp off the layoff. Lion’s Dub (2) has been facing stronger open claiming horses and fits well here with a recent good workout.
Race 8 – Barrister Jim (1) was no match in his debut in a strong maiden allowance race and may be able to take this field gate to wire on the drop.
