Kiawah’s Warrior (5) comes in from a dull effort in his first race but drops sharply in class. Highrate (8) did not fair well in the MSW ranks but adds the blinkers and drops in class. Paden (1) can sit a good trip from the inside and drops in class.
Battle Hardened (5) comes in off of a slight layoff and ran well in his last two efforts at the Fair Grounds. Tarpy’s Goal (6) has run well at Churchill in the past and just missed last out at Keeneland. Bernie the Maestro (2) makes his 61st career start and is a very consistent horse.
Tres Belle (6) ships in for Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert and ran a good effort last out in California. Heaven’s Touch (1) looked very impressive breaking her maiden and fits well in this competitive field. Successful Luck (5) is the half sister to the champion Blind Luck. She can improve cutting back in distance.
Kamchatka (4) makes a sharp drop in class to a much easier level. Wingate Hall (7) can improve dropping down in class. Battle Strike (8) comes in off of a nice maiden win last out
Gettem Up Girl (4) will be extremely tough in this field coming in off of 4 consecutive wins. Quite Explosive (6) can improve second off of the layoff. Cajun Diva (3) switches from turf to dirt and fits well in this field.
Derby Kitten (8) comes in off of a nice effort at Keeneland and fits well in this field. Barzini (2) is in good form and should do well switching back to the turf. Jomelo (1) just missed last out.
Harbor Bound (7) Drops slightly in class and ran a decent effort last time out. Otis My Man (2) ran well in his debut effort and if he can repeat that he will do well in this field. Brilliant Messi (9) switches to the dirt and cuts back in distance.
Teller Terri (8) makes the drop back in class and has put in a couple decent efforts over the track. Defoe Street (2) is in good form and comes in off of a nice win last out. It’snotyouit’sme (7) drops back into a straight claiming field and stretches back out in distance.
Absolute Crackers (3) ran a really nice effort last out at Keeneland off the layoff and should be able to improve off of that. Dame Marie (2) loves the Matt Winn Turf Course and drops out of stakes company. Nashindy (8) comes in off of the layoff but put in a couple of sharp drills at Keeneland.
Simply Spicy (9) drops a couple of levels in class and ships in from a productive race at Aqueduct. Gone Girl (7) makes her first start for the 2013 Fall Meet Leading Owners Ken and Sarah Ramsey. Fab Autumn (4) should like the one-turn mile and comes in off of a productive race. Wasting Cash (11) can do well making her first start in this field.
