Will Call Pick Up:

To pick up will call tickets, visit the Paddock box office location. Please note you must be the account holder of record on the account where the tickets were purchased and have a photo ID or the credit card the tickets were purchased with. We will not release tickets to anyone other than the account holder.

We will no longer accept drop offs at Will Call. As an alternative, you can now easily transfer your tickets to another individual through your My Churchill Downs Account,or Ticketmaster.com purchase account and save time in lines.

Will Call is available beginning 60 minutes prior to gates opening on the day of the event.

Will Call is NOT available on Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby Days

Box Office Hours & Instructions:

During live race dates, the Paddock Box Office will open one hour prior to gates and close approximately 45 minutes prior to the last race.

After the Box Office has closed, only customers with pre-purchased tickets and gate passes may enter the facility for the last race of the day. The Clubhouse and Infield Box Office locations are not operational after Derby Week.

  • On Simulcast dates, visit the simulcast ticket purchase gate location.

  • Or 24 hours a day at Ticketmaster.com, Buy Tickets
