EDGEWOOD QUOTES

Irad Ortiz Jr. (jockey, Dynamic Pricing, winner) – “She had a beautiful trip. I was biding my time there. When I asked her, she had something left. She kept grinding.”

Florent Geroux (jockey, Way to be Marie, runner-up) – “I wish I could’ve been in a better position but she ran well. Was just second best.”

Flavien Prat (jockey, Hard to Justify, ninth as the favorite) – “I thought I was in a good spot. She was traveling well all the way down the backside and then after that, she just spit the bit. We came up empty.”
